  1. Delivery Responsibility: Doorek is accountable for delivering items to the shipping address you specify during checkout. However, once an item is confirmed as delivered by your local postal service, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.

Changes or Cancellations: If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or need to alter or cancel an order, kindly reach out to us at doorekgroup@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Provide your order number and relevant details. Once we commence the processing of your order, changes or cancellations can no longer be accepted.
  1. Holiday Season Note: During peak holiday periods, local postal offices may encounter extended shipping times due to heightened demand. Please plan accordingly, anticipating potential delays.

When will my order be dispatched?

Generally, all orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. For international shipping, please anticipate a shipping duration of 1-2 weeks.

Unsuccessful Delivery Due to Incomplete Address

We acknowledge that there might be areas where USPS faces challenges in delivering packages. In such instances, please don't hesitate to reach out to us to provide an alternative address. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, please be aware that we will coordinate another delivery once we receive the returned package from the carrier. This process typically spans 3-60 days.
